Emergency Room report transcription reports

These are reports to record the events while the patient is in the Emergency Room. Events may include diagnostic processes like ECGs,x-rays,blood tests etc. A copy of this report is also sent to the family doctor, who referred the patient to the Hospital.

These are required stat and require a premium on transcription rates.
